What is generally unknown is that the more light and other matter a black hole attracts, the more it emits radiation.
In the Hadron Collider, mainly small, radiation-like substances are added to the molecule. Theoretically, black holes can arise due to their high-speed collision, but due to the mass of those particles being negligible, their mass will be the same and in a few moments, these "mini" black holes form radiation. It will not have so much power, nor so much time that it can pull anything.
But this is all theoretical. It has never been seen and it is possible never to be. It is also possible that the relativity of Einstein is proved to be wrong at the atomic level and becomes a terrible black hole. In such a situation, it is possible that he might start from Switzerland and swallow the earth. Many of our theories do not fit at the atomic level.
I hope Einstein has written Theory properly and he has also taken into consideration nuclear matter.
