Now some more oddities related to this star have been revealed.

This star is now also known as Tabby's Star. The name is named after Tabetha Boyajian, who heads the team of scientists investigating the strangeness of this star. This star was given prominence in the news media last year because the behavior of this star is peculiar. Observation of this star by the Kepler Space Observatory revealed that the light of this star decreases at irregular intervals. Some of the shortcomings coming in this light are up to 22%, which is the most strange.

This lack of light is excessive. This reduction cannot be caused by an infection that occurs when a planet passes through the star because it does not occur at regular intervals and the amount of light decrease varies each time. Also, a huge planet like the size of Jupiter can reduce only a percentage of the light of a star. Jupiter is at the maximum limit of the size of a planet, it cannot have huge planets.

In Boyazian's original paper, the authors made sure that there was no error in the data of the inspection of this star nor was there any flaw in their analysis. Everything that has been seen is real. He also considered some possible concepts behind this strange behavior of stars. According to him, behind this strange behavior was the passing of a huge swarm of comets from the front of the star, which collided together to create huge debris and prevent the light of the star. But this concept also has many drawbacks.

According to another possibility, this effect may have been created by an alien civilization. The probability of this is minimal but not impossible and this possibility is living up to our observations. The energy requirements of a highly developed civilization can be excessive and they can use the light of the star by making a huge structure of solar panel around a star. This decrease coming in the light of this star can arise from the passing of this giant structure in front of that star. The giant structure of such a solar panel is called Dyson Gola.

After this discovery, an attempt was made to catch the alien signals towards this star but the result was zero. There is nothing surprising in this because we do not have any reliable test method to catch alien signals.

But it is certain that this star is bizarre and the latest information has added to this weirdness.

Bradley Schaefer, an astronomer at Lousiana State University, is known for his unconventional ways of solving the mysteries of astronomy. Bradley thought of Tabby's star, that observations made in the past of this star can give any indication about this oddity.

He found that during the years 1890–1989, Tabby's star was photographed about 1200 times to observe the entire sky. By two different methods, Bradley analyzed the 1200 photographs and calculated the amount of light.

What he found was surprising. The light of this star has decreased by 20% in the last century.

This is even more bizarre. Tabby's star is a normal F range star, warmer than our Sun, slightly larger in mass and slightly larger. Bradley studied the light of two other stars of the same category in this survey and found that during the last century, his light was stable and unchanged.


In the last century, the light of Tabi's star is not stable. It has happened many times that the light of this star has decreased but in the next few years, the brightness has returned. On average, the reduction in light of this star is 16% per century, but not continuous.

From this, it seems that there are a decrease and increases in the light of Tabi's star on every scale of time, in hours, days, weeks, decades and even centuries!

This is strange, it has never been seen before.

So what is the reason for this strange behavior? The simplest explanation is the best starting point and in this case, one should also assume that there is a single reason behind all this. Bradley discovered that there could be no swarm of comets behind this strange behavior. Short-term deficiency of light from the herd of smoke can be considered, but not a long-term deficiency. For the lack of light from comets, they should be in large numbers and they should be of huge size, as well as debris should be created by a collision between them.

All this is not possible with fumigants, so there is no power in this possibility.

Let me first make it clear that I am not saying that there is an alien on this star. But it is also clear that such behavior is also possible from the process of manufacturing Dyson shells. But it also looks far-fetched. For example, light decreased in the 1910s, but in the next few years, the brightness of light reached its old level. Why so? The diameter of this star is 1.6 times that of the Sun. To reduce the light of this star by 20 percent, the combined area of ​​solar panels would have to be 750 billion square kilometers.

750 billion sq km means 1500 times the area of ​​the Earth!

Those solar panels should also be between the earth and the star for the deficiency in the light from the earth. Such a situation is possible with Dyson shells and Dyson rings. This means that the actual area of ​​those solar panels will be even greater. For the Dyson ring, it will be several trillion square km and for Dyson shells many times.

This type of project will last a very long time.

That is why it is not possible by the alien civilization. But whatever is behind the strange behavior of this star, we have not yet seen.
