For verification of signals emitted from an Alien civilization, those signals should be received multiple times to scientists but this does not happen.

Unfortunately, verification of these signs by the method used in the inspection by Russian scientists on the above terms is difficult.

The absence of evidence of the presence of intelligent alien life does not in any way prove the absence of Alien civilization. But our telescopes have not caught any radio signal coming from the direction of HD 164595.

"The possibility of receiving signals from the Alien civilization is not good but we should examine all the possibilities. This is an important subject."
